    FORGET-ME-NOT, 1917 - 19?
    Here is the Girl Scout
    FORGET-ME-NOT TROOP CREST first issued in 1914.
    This CINNAMON KHAKI fabric was used for badges and crests during WWI when Standard Khaki was needed for the war effort.  Items in "CINNAMON-Colored-Cotton"
    are very light weight and very fragile.  They
    were available for only a year or two.  I have had this in a plastic sleeve for decades.  I do not know its original size, but now it measures approximately 1.5" x 1.75" and is fraying especially at the top.
    This picture is the exact crest you will receive.
    Perhaps only an Historian would appreciate its value ... OVER ONE HUNDRED YEARS OLD!
