I've Bought And Sold A Lot Of Signs Over The Years - This Is The First One Of These That I've Come Across.  It Appears That It Is Made Out Of A Plaster/Hard Plastic Type Material -
IT IS NOT WOOD
(Made To Look That Way).  There Is No Hanging Mechanism On The Back - It Appears That It Was Slid Down Something To Hold It In Place (Please View Photos - You Be The Judge)?

Used/Pre-Owned.  The condition is "Good."  It appears that it was used, so it does show some "wear."  The
Top Left Side (as shown in photo #9) has some areas where the plaster has come off/chipped
.  It's VERY Hard to describe the condition because it's made to look "weathered" -
