Vintage Japanese Boulder Jade Carving.

Up for grabs is beautiful early to mid 1900s jade from Japan! A large jade carp fish carving sitting on a beautiful wood base. The jade is beautifully carved with a ton of detail. The color of the jade is incredible as well. Definitely a show stopper. It seems to be attached to the base so there may be a signature but it’s not for certain since I bought it at a estate sale. This piece weighs approximately 3 pounds and measures approximately 10”x6”x4”. Quite a impressive piece and in such amazing condition for the age. The previous owners says it was purchased in Japan at a antique store. So who knows the true age of it. It appears to be the style of carvers in the 1930s. A lot of fantastic symbolism. The other 2 pieces are amazing as well. You will love this piece. I’m very sad to part with it but they need their respected home. All sales are final and are sold as is. Thank you and happy bidding!
