    Description

    A girl doing sit-ups on a green background with an red border.  The badge measures about 1 1/2" in diameter.
    The badge "Health and Fitness" was introduced in 1990 as a proficiency badge for Junior Girl Scouts as part of the Worlds to Explore program.   It was part of the World of Well-Being.  The border was changed to green in 1999.
