    Description

Brand new fuel line swap kit for Seadoo two stroke 2 seaters (everything except GTX/GTI/GTS) with 587, 657, 720 or 787 engines. This kit will work on 2 seater seadoos with 787 engine or below (XP, SPX, SPI, SP, etc) For 951 engines or 3 seater machines you will need a different setup, (see my other items). If you have owned a seadoo for any length of time you know the gray lines gotta go, and maybe you have even seen the aftermath of them already (poor throttle response, bogging, eventually resulting in a blown motor). I have included a couple photos of what will inevitably happen to your carbs and filters if you don't change them. This kit just gives you all the materials at once and speeds up the process. It's a fairly simple procedure, but it's very necessary. And it's not something you want to do wrong. Do this once and be done with it, you don't want to know how many 2 year old jobs I've redone because the wrong lines were used and they stiffened up or started breaking apart.
Includes USA black 30R7 HBD Thermoid ethanol resistant lines, all pre cut and labeled to make the fuel line swap as painless as possible for you. Also included are 15 made in USA Oetiker crimp clamps (OEM), you actually only need 10 but I have included some extras in case you need them for the lines between carbs, etc. What you actually will receive is shown in the first photo. First step is to install lines on fuel selector and filter cap, at which point you will be left with what is shown in second photo (this auction does not include fuel selector or cap, you can clean and reuse your old one). From there you will just need to connect 3 lines onto your fuel baffle by matching up the labels on the lines to those on the top of the baffle. Then you will simply route the lines through and connect them to the carb inlet and return, which are also labeled. The carb return will be toward the back of the ski. The lines are measured to fit the machine advertised and cut straight. The Oetiker clamps do a superb job of sealing and preventing leaks, and offer serious durability. Leaks are extremely dangerous on a jet ski, there is a reason bombardier uses these at the factory.
You can price this stuff out and buy it at your local autoparts store I am sure, but you will probably find it won't save you a whole lot of money, but you will have a bit more time and work involved due to measuring and cutting and determining where the lines go. If you need the small lines to go between your carbs I can include an extra foot of line or so, just let me know.
All my parts come from freshwater skis and are in good working condition, unless otherwise noted. Please contact me if there is a certain part you are looking for, as I have parts for several different Seadoos and often times have a good idea of which parts work with which skis. If you save me from having to list an item here on ebay, I can give you a discount. Also, if you just need advice on how to fix your jet ski, feel free to call me and leave a message. I will get back to you. I seriously don't mind, as long as you are truly intending to buy parts for me. But, if you just want advise and then plan to shop around for a better price, I would rather you don't ask for my help.
