RARE  1914 FRN Dallas District Blue Seal 11-K  #K11298669A    EF/AU  RARE  - with good corners and centering, no rips, tears, stains, or pinholes. Great centering, nice corners, no discoloration, fairly crisp paper with eye appeal.
I personally feel that it grades better than many Grade EF/AU on ebay and elsewhere but that is just my opinion, but please judge for yourself as peoples opinions vary.
