This is an NINETY-YEAR-OLD Girl Scout badge in Very Good Condition.  It measures approximately 2 inches X 2 inches. There are no sewing marks or holes, but you can see that it has faded from being on a Girl Scout uniform for many years, thus the reduced price.  This eyeball always creates questions because it stands out on a Girl Scout Uniform.  Great GIFT for a Collector or used for display.
