Massachusetts Centinel February 14, 1787 newspaper. I have read that the paper was "the most influential and enterprising paper in Massachusetts after the Revolution." Very interesting subjects, on the cover is an article about the “list of lies” about Shay’s rebellion. Paper is from the period during Shays rebellion in western Massachusetts. Article about sedition in the town of Stoughton. Voting issues.
