Description:
Presented for your consideration is this lot of 4 antique miniature hand mirrors. Two of the hand mirrors have advertising on the back and the remaining two have ornate designs on them. One of the mirrors is advertising Grinnell Bros. Music House in Detroit, Michigan and shows a picture of the Grinnell building in the mirror with writing around the building. The other advertising mirror is made of brass and is advertising The National Savings Bank and Trust Company in Toledo, Ohio. The mirror has wording in the center with an ornate floral design around the outer edge and along the handle. One of the non-advertising mirrors has a basket of flowers in the center which sits against a very ornate design. The other mirror has a very detailed single flower on the back. All of the mirrors are finished with beveled reflective surfaces. All of the mirrors are guaranteed to be old. These neat little mirrors would make a great addition to any advertising, mirror, or miniature collection!
The Bank and one of the ornate mirrors have some small blemishes on them. Typical light wear from age and use is on each. Overall the lot is in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Mirrors range in size with the largest measuring 4 3/4" long and 2 1/2" wide.
Smallest measures 4" long and 2" wide.
