    An IronMaster Super Bench for weight training and conditioning. It comes with a detachable seat, bar dip handle, and crunch / sit up attachment. It features eleven lock-out angles. You cannot even buy this bench new from the company right now. The IronMaster web site has a waiting list both for the bench and for many of the attachments.
