  • Condition: BRAND NEW from the factory, but arrived with a right ear oddity (see photos). Even though on first glance it looks like someone tinkered with it by coloring the rims of this ear black, it is actually painted by H-R underneath the glaze! I'm guessing that the brown paint didn't adhere properly to this area, and a factory employee took a very deep/dark brown or black paint and touched it up before firing.

    High gloss ceramic "Specialties Line" figurine produced by popular California pottery, Hagen-Renaker, Inc.
    This lovely foal has been neatly and professionally removed from the remainder of the "Mustang with Colt" piece and is being sold by himself. He is the
    variation with a white facial marking
    (the other variation was painted with a solid face).
