Up for auction is this beautiful Chinese or Japanese celadon porcelain carved round and lidded box with floral and foliage relief. Signed with an etched artist mark on bottom and in excellent condition. Perhaps a pill box or seal paste box.
Nice detail and a wonderful handmade work of functional art!
Measures 1.6” inches in diameter and 1.1” inches tall (4.1 cm, 2.8 cm).
