This is a brand new water slide decal for the 1981 Mell-Gear Thunderbird Driven by BILL ELLOIT, it is a NASCAR Stock Car  from what I have read this car was "Million Dollar" Bills earlier Cars, it would be a year or two before he had his first win  and several more years before he won the Million dollar payday from Winston. This set is a new release the items in RED are actually white on the decal the decal is the right color and the decals are the correct 1-24th scale size .
