Antique Chinese Qing Engraved Brass Carved Jade Cigarette Box

Description

Here is a lovely antique Chinese brass box with carved jade medallion on the lid.
It is lined on the inside with thin sheets of wood, which makes me think it was originally made to hold cigarettes.
It measures 4 inches wide, by 3- 1/4 inches deep, and 1- 1/2 inches high.
This box is in excellent condition, with no damage or repairs, aside from overall wear and tarnish consistent with its age and use.
