If Audio/Video devices requiring reprograming are returned as defective, the item must be accompanied by a receipt stating it was reprogramed or attempted to be by the manufacturers dealer (to unlock the anti-theft for proper function) and undamaged within the return period. Audio/Video devices being returned for non defective reasons requiring reprograming by manufacturers dealer are returnable at management’s discretion and may be subject to a shipping & restock fee.
